Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for shopping at Dear Harriet! We strive to ensure your purchase arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from shipment date.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship to addresses within US & Canada. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. Dear Harriet is not liable for any such delays.
